Attention : Mrs Christine Tee Sing just informed me that DC Mr Robert Tee Sing had just passed on peacefully about 4.30 am (Mon Dec 21 2015) and I had responded to her with sadness, condolences, request for her to be strong and that I'd inform everyone.
